Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We are currently seeking to recruit a Medical Secretary on a 6-12 month contract basis for our client in Dublin South Central.

We currently have roles available in multiple locations in Dublin South (Dublin 4, 6, 8, 12, 24).

Key areas of responsibility:

• Handling incoming calls and transferring to appropriate staff members
• Supporting medical teams with daily administrative tasks such as database administration, query handling, clerical tasks, dictaphone typing
• Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information
• Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as required
• Compile reports, papers, proposals, letters, memos or charts using Word, Excel, PowerPoint as required
• General support to business managers as and when required

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | 35 hours per week

Rate of Pay: €18-19 per hour

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative role ideally in a healthcare setting
• Excellent IT skills including excellent typing skills, Dictaphone experience and MS Office Suite
• Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone manner
• Experience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential data
• Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills
