Job description
Administrator, Portadown
37.5hours a week (7am-4pm Mon - Thurs, 2pm finish on a Fri)
Rate of Pay: £12ph
Duties
- Provide administrative support in line with team requirements.
- Filing and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Support the team with co-ordination between various departments to ensure production plans are met.
- Devising and implementing strategies to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Control production costs whilst maintaining quality standards.
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are always met.
- Any other duties as required, commensurate with your job position.
Criteria
- Minimum 5 GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
- Minimum 2 years' administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- MS Excel knowledge
- Logical and analytical approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Dynamic, energetic, self-driven with a positive "can do" attitude
- Ability to provide accurate data with a very high level of attention to detail and work under pressure and to strict deadlines
