Job description

Administrator, Portadown

37.5hours a week (7am-4pm Mon - Thurs, 2pm finish on a Fri)

Rate of Pay: £12ph

Duties

  • Provide administrative support in line with team requirements.
  • Filing and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Support the team with co-ordination between various departments to ensure production plans are met.
  • Devising and implementing strategies to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Control production costs whilst maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensuring health and safety requirements are always met.
  • Any other duties as required, commensurate with your job position.

Criteria

  • Minimum 5 GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
  • Minimum 2 years' administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • MS Excel knowledge
  • Logical and analytical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Dynamic, energetic, self-driven with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Ability to provide accurate data with a very high level of attention to detail and work under pressure and to strict deadlines
