Band 3 Finance Officer

Band 3 Finance Officer required for a large public sector organisation based through the Belfast Trust.

Location: Knockbracken Healthcare Park

Pay Per Hour: £11.67

Full Time / Part Time: Full Time

JOB SUMMARY/MAIN PURPOSE:

The postholder will be responsible for inputting data, monitoring mailboxes taking calls and other admin duties as and when needed.

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inputting data in respect of service users being admitted to care homes.
• Monitoring mailboxes and forwarding queries in respect of care home placements or care home payments to relevant members of staff.
• Taking/making calls in respect of queries with paperwork sent to finance from Social Workers.
• Photocopying/Printing as and when required.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• 5 GCSE's including Maths and English
