Salary: €60,000 - €75,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility for weekends/on-call)

Staffline Recruitment is hiring Assistant Directors of Nursing for permanent positions across three well-established healthcare facilities in Corbally, Portlaoise, and Finglas. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses ready to take the next step in leadership within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Nursing in managing daily operations and maintaining high standards of care
• Supervise and guide nursing and support staff to ensure clinical excellence
• Participate in regulatory compliance activities and internal audits
• Contribute to policy development, staff training, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide cover for the Director of Nursing when required

Essential Criteria:

• Active registration with NMBI
• Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience
• At least 1-2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid understanding of HIQA regulations and best practices
• Organised, adaptable, and committed to maintaining clinical standards
