Hourly Salary: €14.80/hr + additional premiums
Average Total Rate: €16/hr (including premiums)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care and support to clients

• Assist with personal care tasks

• Help with mobility and transfers

• Meal preparation and light household duties

• Continence management and catheter care

• Provide companionship and support with recreational activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a carer

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification (minimum of 2 modules: Care of the Older Person and Care Skills)

• Good understanding of older persons' needs and critical illness care

• Flexible, reliable, and empathetic approach to care

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Full clean driving licence and access to own transport

• Ability to work at least 3 evenings per week and every second weekend

• Must be based in or near Charleville
