Social Care Professionals - Cavan

We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers, Social Care Leaders, and Social Care Managers to join our residential services for children and young people with disabilities in Cavan.

Hours

• Approx. 160 hours per month (mix of day shifts and sleepovers)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support

• Promote the dignity, safety and wellbeing of young people

• Implement care and placement plans in line with national standards

• Supervise, mentor and support staff teams (leadership and manager roles)

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or related discipline (e.g. Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Teaching, Social Sciences)

• Relevant experience working with children in care (management experience required for leadership/manager roles)

• Knowledge of social care principles and practice

• Full driving licence
