Onsite Account Specialist
Location: Republic of Ireland
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with reasonable flexibility required
Salary: €28,000 (OTE €34,000)
About the role
Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking an Onsite Account Specialist to support recruitment and day-to-day service delivery for a client account. You'll work closely with the client to understand its staffing needs, recruit and support temporary workers, and help deliver an efficient, compliant service.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping recruitment activity organised and resolving issues as they arise.

Key responsibilities
Recruitment and onboarding
Work with the client to understand vacancies, shift requirements and workforce plans.
Source, interview and assess candidates against the client's requirements and recruitment targets.
Coordinate candidate registration, compliance checks, inductions and onboarding information.
Support client-specific training where required.
Client and worker support
Build positive working relationships with the client and temporary workers.
Help plan staffing requirements, review service performance and identify improvements.
Deliver the service in line with agreed standards and provide reports and management information.
Respond promptly to client and worker queries, feedback and concerns.
Maintain accurate worker records, support timely and accurate payroll, and provide guidance on matters such as absence and performance.
Compliance
Ensure recruitment and service delivery follow company procedures, legal requirements and health and safety standards.
Maintain records and support quality, ethical and client audits when required.
About you
You'll have at least six months' experience in recruitment or professional account management, along with strong communication, administration and IT skills. You'll be comfortable working with people at all levels, managing competing priorities and taking ownership of problems through to resolution.
A full, clean driving licence is required. Experience with disciplinary or grievance meetings and a business administration qualification would be beneficial.
