Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE|

• As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships and promoting the company's products and services to B2B customers throughout Dublin.
• You will spend the majority of your time on the road meeting customers, identifying new opportunities and developing long-term commercial relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation and proactive sales activity
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Present, promote and sell products to customers across the construction industry
• Manage your sales territory effectively and maximise business opportunities
• Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with company objectives
• Keep up to date with market trends, products and customer requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR|

• Proven track record in sales within the construction industry
• Good knowledge of building materials and construction consumables
• Strong B2B sales and business development experience
• Excellent communication, customer service and negotiation skills
• Confident with cold calling and developing new business
• Full, clean driving licence with flexibility to travel throughout Dublin as required
