Senior Project Manager

Location: Douglas, Cork
Salary: €80,676 - €100,693 per annum + LSIs
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: 12-month fixed term, with option to renew for a further 12 months

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and deliver building, refurbishment, maintenance and capital projects across the Cork and Kerry region.

The successful candidate will manage projects from planning and design through procurement, construction and completion, working closely with contractors, design teams, professional advisors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage building, refurbishment and capital projects.
• Manage contractors, design teams and professional consultants.
• Oversee procurement, tendering and contract management.
• Manage project budgets, programmes and expenditure.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
• Oversee maintenance programmes and minor capital works.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety, fire safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical and project management advice to senior management.

Requirements

• Level 8 or higher qualification in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying, or an equivalent recognised qualification/professional membership.
• Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in planning, design, project management or construction/building services.
• Experience including ICT wiring and containment.
• Appropriate professional membership with SCSI/RICS, Engineers Ireland or RIAI, as applicable.
• Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills.
