Staffline Recruitment are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our client in Clonshaugh. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced distribution environment where teamwork, safety, and customer service are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You will work alongside experienced colleagues and receive support from Team Leaders and Management while developing your skills within a leading logistics operation.

Shift Pattern & Benefits

• 4 days on, 4 days off rotating shift pattern
• Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm
• Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am
  
  
• Starting Rate: €14.30 per hour for the first 8 weeks
• Rate After 8 Weeks: €14.65 per hour
  
  
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5 times the basic hourly rate
• Night Shift Premium and Sunday premium: Additional 15%

What You'll Be Doing

• Achieving productivity and performance targets
• Following Standard Operating Procedures at all times
• Maintaining excellent attendance, punctuality, and professional standards
• Supporting Health & Safety requirements across the site
• Working flexibly across departments as part of a multi-skilled team
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and hygiene within your work area
• Complying with the Organisation Code of Conduct
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Assisting the management team with additional operational duties as required

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally JDA
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Commitment to health and safety standards
