Our client is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Brand Manager to lead marketing initiatives focused on increasing footfall, brand engagement, and sales across a nationwide retail store network.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate integrated campaigns to increase showroom footfall and sales
• Develop local area marketing initiatives for individual stores, regional events and new store openings
• Manage and optimise offline and local marketing budgets to maximise ROI
• Collaborate with Store Managers, Visual Merchandising, Purchasing and E-Commerce teams to deliver aligned campaigns
• Introduce and support innovative in-store retail technology and digital customer experiences
• Use CRM, footfall and POS data to inform marketing activity and customer targeting
• Monitor competitor activity, retail trends and consumer preferences
• Gather store feedback and insights to strengthen marketing performance and commercial outcomes

Essential Criteria

• 3-5+ year's experience in Brand Management, Retail Marketing or Trade Marketing, ideally within retail, consumer goods or lifestyle sectors
• Proven track record of delivering campaigns that increase sales and footfall in physical retail environments
• Strong commercial mindset
• Experience working effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Experience managing and measuring multi-channel marketing budgets to maximise ROI
• Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle
