Payroll Administrator | Dublin 12 | Immediate Start

The Client: Based in South Dublin, our client is a busy and dynamic security company. We have immediate requirement for a Payroll Administrator to join our client's team, located in Dublin 12. This is a short-term assignment for approx 4 to 8 weeks.

The Role: The purpose of this role is to process payroll data, ensure accurate and timely payroll runs, and provide ongoing payroll administration support.

• Collect and prepare payroll data for processing.
• Upload and maintain payroll information accurately.
• Process weekly and monthly payroll runs.
• Check payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
• Provide general payroll administration and support to the team.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Length of contract: Weekly ongoing - 4 to 8 weeks approx

Requirements:

• Previous payroll administration experience (2-3 years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and data entry skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

In Return:

• Hourly rate within the region of €18-€20 per hour DOE
• Weekly payroll
