We're looking for a proactive and detail‑driven People Operations Coordinator to join a fast‑paced, supportive HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing operational delivery with continuous improvement, while playing a key role in attracting great people and ensuring high standards of compliance.

Working closely with senior HR colleagues, you'll provide high‑quality administrative and generalist HR support, with a strong focus on end‑to‑end recruitment, safe and fair hiring practices, and quality assurance across pre‑employment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval through to appointment.
  • Manage and continuously improve recruitment processes, identifying efficiencies and best practice.
  • Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, providing advice, updates, and recruitment training.
  • Coach and support team members to develop strong recruitment and compliance knowledge.
  • Carry out spot checks on pre‑employment files, addressing issues and identifying trends or risks.
  • Manage pre‑employment checks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Produce accurate recruitment reports and insights via the applicant tracking system.
  • Engage and nurture prospective candidates to support attraction and conversion.
  • Coordinate and attend recruitment events, promoting career opportunities.
  • Work with marketing colleagues to ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand.
  • Build relationships with external partners such as colleges, universities, and professional networks.

About You

  • Experienced in recruitment coordination or HR administration within a busy environment.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable coaching others and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Passionate about delivering a professional, inclusive, and compliant recruitment experience.
  • Confident using HR systems and producing clear, accurate reports.

Why Join?
