HR Generalist - Manufacturing Site

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing HR team supporting large-scale manufacturing operations across multiple sites in Ireland

This is an onsite role, which is based in Burnfoot (ROI)

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering operational HR support, working closely with management teams to drive people strategy, ensure compliance, and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Use HR systems and business tools to generate and analyse employee KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring high standards of data integrity
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with company policies and employment legislation
  • Support HR systems implementation, integration, and change management initiatives
  • Partner with managers to support employee performance, engagement, and achievement of business objectives
  • Assist in delivering HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify training and development needs and support the creation of development plans
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with external providers and hiring managers
  • Support local recruitment campaigns and workforce planning initiatives
  • Assist in resolving employee relations matters efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Provide accurate data to payroll for processing
  • Advise and support managers through all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Generalist role within a large or fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience handling employee relations cases
  • Relevant HR qualification or degree
  • Strong knowledge of Irish or Northern Irish employment legislation
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion, HCM, ORC) is desirable
  • Strong IT skills, including HR databases and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
