Role: People Operations Coordinator (Employee Relations)
Type: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly
Location: Belfast, Hybrid working after 1 month induction
We are recruiting for a People Operations Coordinator to provide high-quality generalist HR and Employee Relations support within a busy People team. This is a fast‑paced, varied role, supporting the HR Manager and HR Adviser across a broad range of employee lifecycle and ER activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and coordination support across HR and Employee Relations processes
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries and triaging appropriately
- Managing absence administration, including reporting, documentation and process support
- Coordinating leaver processes, employment contracts and variations
- Supporting recruitment, safer recruitment checks and onboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate HR and payroll data
- Producing reports, meeting notes and documentation for ER casework
- Supporting statutory reporting and information requests
About you: You will be highly organised, detail‑driven and comfortable working in a confidential HR environment. Experience in HR administration or employee relations support within a fast‑moving setting is desirable.
Essential Criteria:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum), working towards, or a relevant third‑level qualification
- Experience in an HR‑related role, supporting ER issues
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to accurately input, analyse and maintain HR data
