Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Belfast
Type: Permanent
Hours: 40hrs/ week- hours worked between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00, Mon-Sun

  • Hybrid working is available on successful completion of the initial training period
  • Shifts are scheduled across the operational window, which may include evenings and weekends.

About:

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently, and providing a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer calls and queries

  • Provide clear, accurate, and helpful support

  • Record information accurately in line with organisational procedures

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Maintain professionalism and a positive customer-focused approach
