Are you a driven sales or recruitment professional ready to build a high-performing desk in a fast-paced, target-led environment? We're hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Belfast team. This is a full 360 recruitment role combining business development, client management and candidate delivery, ideal for someone commercially focused and motivated by earnings.

The Role

You will:

• Generate new business and develop client relationships
• Manage vacancies from brief to placement
• Meet and exceed sales and gross profit targets
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Negotiate fees, offers and terms of business
• Build talent pipelines and maintain CRM accuracy
• Deliver a high-quality, compliant recruitment service

This is a consultative sales role where resilience, organisation and commercial awareness are essential.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• 1+ year Recruitment Consultant experience or
• 2+ years' direct sales experience in a target-driven environment
• Proven new business generation skills
• Strong communication and negotiation ability
• Full clean driving licence or access to transport

Desirable:

• Experience using recruitment CRM systems
• REC or NRF/ERF accreditation
• 36 days annual leave (including public holidays)
