Salary: €28,000 - €32,000 OTE €40,000 - €45,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required)

The role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client and candidate relationships while delivering against sales and service targets. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone commercially driven and confident working in a target-led environment.
Key responsibilities
Business development & sales
- Generate new business and grow existing client accounts
- Meet agreed sales and gross profit targets
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and follow-ups
- Support proposals and tenders and negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy
Client management
- Manage vacancies end-to-end and deliver high-quality service
- Build a strong understanding of client operations, workforce needs and future plans
- Provide market insight on salary levels, candidate availability and industry trends
- Maintain accurate client information on the CRM system
Candidate management
- Source, screen and register candidates against weekly KPIs
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback
- Negotiate offers, notice periods and terms of employment
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pools
Quality & compliance
- Ensure all activity aligns with internal processes and quality standards
- Complete candidate compliance checks and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in line with legislative requirements
- Support continuous improvement and professional development
What we're looking for
Essential
- 1+ year recruitment consultancy experience or 2+ years' direct sales experience in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset
- Full driving licence or access to transport
Desirable
- Additional recruitment experience
- Experience using recruitment databases or CRM systems
- Professional accreditation (REC / NRF / ERF)
