Hygiene Operative - Days, Evening or Night Shifts (Craigavon)
Location: Craigavon
Employer: Avondale (via Staffline Recruitment)
Pay Rate: Days - £14.13 Nights / Evenings - £14.13 per hour + time and a half for overtime
Shifts Available:
Days : Monday to Friday Or Weekend shift
Evening: Sunday to Thursday, Friday to Saturday and Tuesday to Saturday 5:00pm - 1:30am
Night: Sunday to Thursday, 11:30pm start (no fixed finish time)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Avondale, a leading name in food production, is seeking dedicated Hygiene Operatives to join its team in Craigavon. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, fixed-shift work with a supportive employer and modern facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing deep cleaning of machinery, production areas, and communal spaces
Using strong industrial cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with training
Ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are consistently met
Carrying out heavy lifting as part of the cleaning process
Working independently and as part of a wider team
What We're Looking For:
Previous cleaning or sanitation experience is preferred, but not essential
Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and physical tasks
High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Basic English communication skills
Willingness to work evening or night shifts on a fixed schedule
