Key Account Specialist - Account Management & Recruitment

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking a proactive and organised Key Account Specialist to support the delivery of a key client contract.

This role combines account management, recruitment coordination and compliance oversight, making it ideal for someone with recruitment, workforce or client services experience who thrives in a structured, KPI-driven environment.

The Role

You will support the Branch Manager in delivering high-quality recruitment and workforce solutions while ensuring service excellence, compliance and profitability.

Recruitment & Delivery

  • Source and recruit candidates to meet client requirements
  • Interview, register and onboard workers
  • Ensure full compliance (Eligibility to Work, AWR, EAA, GLAA where applicable)
  • Deliver client-specific inductions/training where required

Client Management

  • Deliver service against agreed SLAs
  • Support manpower planning and workforce reporting
  • Conduct service reviews and satisfaction surveys
  • Respond to client feedback and resolve issues promptly

Worker & Compliance Support

  • Maintain accurate worker records
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and coordinate payroll clinics
  • Provide guidance on absence and performance matters
  • Complete audits and ensure legal and ethical compliance

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in recruitment or account management
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Desirable: Experience in disciplinary/grievance meetings or workforce coordination.
