Telesales Manager

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Telesales Manager on behalf of a telecoms company. The Telesales Manager will lead, mentor, and drive performance within the telesales team. The Telesales Manager will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a high-performing sales culture.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business-to-business outbound lead generation through cold-calling.
• Book appointments for sales representatives to provide proposals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Motivate and inspire the team through effective communication, coaching methods, incentives and developing a positive culture and environment.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance against KPIs and targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• 3 years in a Telesales Manager or similar leadership role within the telecommunications , software or technology industries.
• 3 years experience in leading a team of appointment setters.
• Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills with the ability to build and inspire and grow a high-performing sales team.
• Must have a strong commercial acumen and understanding of performance metrics.
