Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative on behalf of a leading provider of bespoke art and interior solutions. The Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This position offers a clear pathway for career advancement, with the opportunity to progress.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct high-volume prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement, to create qualified leads.
• Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit and potential value to the company.
• Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding our client base.
• Utilise the HubSpot CRM platform to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation metrics, and progress toward goals.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• 2 years experience in sales.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar customer relationship management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The Rewards

The successful Sales Development Representative will enjoy a competitive salary circa £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

Location

The Sales Development Representative role will be based in Omagh.
