Business Development Executive

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of a telecoms company. The Business Development Executive will play an active role in the growth of the business and happy to work as part of a small team and grow the business to achieve its goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business-to-business outbound lead generation through cold-calling.
• Book appointments for sales representatives to provide proposals.
• Ability to provide customer quotes and close deals over the phone would be advantageous.
• Develop a strong understanding of our business portfolio and communicate its benefits to prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Keep accurate records of activities and prospect data in the CRM.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• 2 years outbound sales experience and or appointment setting experience - Preferably Telecoms, Tech or SaaS industry experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must demonstrate a recent track record of achieving sales targets Understanding of the sales process and sales performance metrics
• Highly desirable candidate has experience in qualifying leads as well as appointment setting.

The successful Business Development Executive will enjoy a competitive salary circa £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience plus:
