Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator on behalf of a leading estate agent. The Lettings Negotiator role is about helping tenants find the right homes, supporting landlords with first-class service, and keeping deals moving at pace. You'll be the face of the company, out at viewings, on the phone with applicants, negotiating agreements, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage property listings, field enquiries, and conduct viewings.
• Guide tenants through the rental process - from viewing to move-in.
• Deliver a professional, knowledgeable, and helpful experience every step of the way.
• Qualify applicants, match them with the right properties, and negotiate lets.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and keep them updated throughout the letting process.
• Ensure all relevant checks, references, and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a healthy applicant pipeline and regularly update internal systems.
• Track lettings KPIs, meet monthly targets, and contribute to team success.
• Spot opportunities for upselling or additional services that add value.
• Stay informed about local market conditions, pricing, and competition.
• Work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Be a team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive office environment.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• 1+ years' experience in lettings, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and people skills
• Great energy, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done
• Knowledge of the NI rental market (preferred, but not essential)
• Self-starter with a drive to hit goals and grow your earnings
• Full UK driving licence
