My client a leading public sector organisation based in Belfast is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team.

Hours: 25hrs per week (various - 8-6, 8-2 and 12-6 depending on site / day that requires cover)

Must be flexible to work across various sites- across all of the Wellbeing and Treatment Centre's - Arches, Beech Hall, Bradbury, Carlisle, Crumlin Road, Grove, Knockbreda, Shankill.

Pay: £12.21 per hour to include unsocial rates of pay.

Main Duties:

Register patients using the electronic database as they arrive to the Emergency Department or Urgent Care Centre, either when they self-present or arrive by ambulance. Deal with telephone and face-to-face queries from patients, members of the public, medical or nursing staff within the department or other departments within the hospital. Responsible for scanning documentation onto electronic healthcare system.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products including Word.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Effective communication skills to meet the needs of the post in full.

4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent and 1 years' experience in a public facing admin and clerical role

OR

2 years' experience in a public facing admin and clerical role.

SECTION 2: The following are ESSENTIAL criteria which will be measured during the interview/ selection stage:

Ability to use own initiative.

Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise own workload.

Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with the client group.

Excellent keyboard skills.

Ability to work in a pressurised environment to meet the needs of the service.
