Scheduling Coordinator | Dublin 24 | €40k

Our client is a growing company with offices in Dublin 24. They currently have an opportunity available for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their tea. This role is integral to this business and the successful candidate will contribute hugely to the efficiency of daily operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, addressing scheduling inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure that all service requests are managed efficiently, with seamless coordination between customers, trade staff, and other internal teams
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in scheduling outcomes.
  • Respond swiftly to last-minute changes, using problem-solving and influencing skills to minimise disruption.
  • Communicate directly with customers to confirm changes, resolve concerns, and maintain a strong customer service experience.
  • Create work orders on internal systems for daily scheduling of planned maintenance and service.
  • Schedule project timelines in order to predict the finish date for larger projects.
  • Ensure all customers are provided with all information required for each job.
  • Ensure all purchasing and invoicing is correctly processed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's previous experience within a fast paced scheduling/ planning/ service administration role.
  • Previous Scheduling Experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and experience working as a company team member.
  • Have an eye for detail and organisation.
  • Competent with Microsoft applications Word & Excel etc.
  • Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly.
  • High level of flexibility and dependability.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced business focused on growth and delivering outstanding service.

This permanent position will be office based in Dublin 24 and will pay a salary in the region of €40,000, depending on experience.
