RECEPTIONIST | DUBLIN 15 | PERMANENT
Our client based in Dublin 15 has a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an office-based role where working hours are 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday (10am - 4.30pm) with time off in lieu of working Saturday.
THE ROLE |
You will be responsible for the reception area, coordination of bookings and taking payments while providing excellent customer service to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Answering and distributing calls and general queries providing customers with excellent customer service
- Use a booking tool to plan, coordinate and ensuring that bookings are in the correct status, notes are up to date.
- Processing payments
- Maintaining and updating customer databases with details relating to stock and service records management
REQUIREMENTS |
- Previous experience working within a medical customer facing setting
- Excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Strong administrative skills and a proficient user in the Microsoft User Package
- You have high attention to detail both numerically and written
- Ability to multi-task with excellent coordination skills, experience working with a booking system desirable
- Ability to work Bank Holidays
- Ability to complete Garda Vetting as part of the on-boarding process
