We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill Reception roles in the thriving locales of Arklow and Wicklow. Additionally, we have a high demand for on-call temporary office staff to provide essential relief cover for our continuously expanding client base.
Role Overview: As a temporary professional within our ranks, your primary objective will be to provide exemplary support to our esteemed clientele across the region. Anticipate a diverse array of responsibilities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Secretarial/Administrative tasks
- Expertise in Corporate Reception duties
Assignments may range from short-term engagements to extended projects spanning several weeks, offering a dynamic and stimulating work environment. While we cannot guarantee full-time positions, be assured that we prioritize regular assignments as they become available.
Work Schedule: Operating hours are between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, dedicated to delivering exceptional office-based reception services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mastery of check-in and check-out procedures
- Efficient handling of administrative duties including invoicing, purchase orders, and correspondence
- Proficiency in managing online and phone reservations
- Warmly welcoming clients to our reception area
- Providing comprehensive assistance and information to our valued customers
- Handling client grievances with tact and professionalism
- Ensuring each customer experiences personalized attention throughout their appointment
- Utilizing sales techniques to promote additional products and services when appropriate
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of bookings and payments
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Familiarity with hotel reservations software such as Cloudbeds and RoomKeyPMS/Siteminder
- Understanding of travel planning websites like Booking and TripAdvisor
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suite
- Experience with Opera systems is highly advantageous
- Outstanding communication and organisational abilities
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
