Job description
KEY DUTIES:
Working from our in-house FM Software Package the candidate will be trained to log-calls / update the systems to keep our information live in a busy Helpdesk environment.
Day to day tasks.
- Sending and receiving emails
- Raising and closing jobs on our FM Package
- Raising POs to Supply Chain
- Updating notes on job progress in a live environment
- Answering phones and liaising with engineers and clients
ESSENTIAL & DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
- Experience of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work within a team structure
- Good telephone manner & understanding of customer care
- Experience of CAFM systems would be an advantage
