Administrator Role in Dungannon Town
Are you organised, efficient, and ready for a new challenge? Staffline Recruitment Ireland is on the hunt for a proactive Administrator on behalf of our prestigious client. This role is based in the vibrant heart of Dungannon Town and offers an excellent chance to contribute to the success of a leading company.
Hours & Remuneration:
- Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (between 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Competitive Salary: £12.21 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact: Manage phone calls and emails effectively.
- General administrative duties with a keen eye for detail.
- Handle client queries with professionalism and care.
- Efficiently raise and manage job orders from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all tasks meet specified SLAs for quality and timeliness.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C), including English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, showcasing your ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- A team player who can also work independently when needed.
- IT proficiency is a must for our modern workplace.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively.
