Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Graphic Design Team Leader on behalf of a leading provider of bespoke art and interior solutions. The Graphic Design Team Leader will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative designs that align with clients' brands and also leading a small team of designers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging, innovative design solutions that align with clients' brands and meet their needs for artwork, mirrors, and other design elements.
• Manage a small team of designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards and within deadlines.
• Oversee the use, maintenance, and stock control of the company's state-of-the-art printers, ensuring smooth operation and timely delivery of printed materials.
• Create design proposals, artwork mock-ups and presentations helping clients visualise the final product.
• Work closely with both existing and new clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure company continues to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.
• Ensure all designs and final outputs meet the company's high standards of quality and align with the client's specifications.
• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to monitor and track project progress, ensuring design objectives are achieved and seamlessly integrated into the overall project timeline and delivery process.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• 2 years of previous work experience as a graphic designer
• Relevant design qualification or equivalent experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of skills and design projects
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for project tracking and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and respond well to feedback.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in print is an advantage.

The Rewards

The successful Graphic Design Team Leader will enjoy a competitive salary circa £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

Location

The Graphic Design Team Leader role will be based in Omagh.
