Job Title: Senior ICU Nurse - Cardiothoracic (Permanent Role)
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive Salary and €10,000 Introductory Bonus (paid in 2 instalments: after 6 months and after 12 months of service)

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Senior ICU Nurses with a strong background in Cardiothoracic Intensive Care to join a leading healthcare provider in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses looking to advance their careers in a highly specialised and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert care in a high-acuity Cardiothoracic ICU setting

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care

• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain best practice standards

• Support and mentor junior nursing staff when required

Requirements:

• Active NMBI Registration with a valid PIN

• Minimum of 3 years' current ICU experience, preferably in Cardiothoracic ICU

• Senior Enhanced Nurse, CNM1, or CNM2 level

• Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety

• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities

❗ Please note: We are not currently accepting candidates with only Medical ICU experience.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Qualification in Critical Care, or

• At least 5 years of current ICU experience
