We are recruiting passionate Social Care Workers and Support Workers to join our residential centre in Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new trauma-informed care service dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of young people.

* Social Care Workers (Full-time & Part-time)
* Support Workers (Part-time & Relief)

About the Role (Social Care Worker):

You will:
* Deliver direct care and support to young people
* Foster therapeutic relationships in a safe, nurturing environment
* Participate in care planning, key working, and household duties
* Uphold the highest standards in safeguarding and care practice
* Help shape the development of our growing service

Essential Requirements - Social Care Worker:

* Level 7+ qualification in Social Care, or relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Nursing)
* CORU registration or eligibility (evidence required)
* Full, clean manual driving licence (valid in Ireland)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of HIQA standards

Essential Requirements - Support Worker:

* Level 5+ qualification in Social Care or related discipline
* Full, clean manual driving licence (valid in Ireland)
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with HIQA standards
