Clinical Nurse Manager

Our client in the Navan area seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager to join their dynamic team. This flexible, rotational role plays a key part in delivering high standards of resident care across specialist services, including dementia care, care of the older person, and step-down/convalescent care.

As CNM, you'll combine clinical expertise with leadership, project management, and staff development to ensure safety, quality, and a collaborative environment for both residents and staff.

Requirements:

• NMBI registered (or eligible)

• 2-3+ years relevant post-registration experience

• Post-reg qualification in Gerontology or Dementia Care (desirable)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
