Your Role:

• Provide hands-on support to individuals in a home-from-home environment

• Support with personal care, household tasks, and social activities

• Foster independence and dignity for each individual

• Collaborate with colleagues and professionals to deliver tailored care plans

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team culture

About You:

• QQI Level 5 or Level 6 in Healthcare, Social Care, or a related discipline (essential)

• Previous experience in a support or care role is an advantage

• Passionate about supporting people to live life to the fullest

• Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude

• Flexible and committed to working a variety of shifts, including weekends
