Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated and empathetic Social Care Workers to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will work as part of a supportive team to provide care and support tailored to the needs of individuals in residential or community-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional care and support to service users in line with individual care plans

• Promote independence, dignity, and social inclusion

• Liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams, and other professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely records

• Participate in the development and implementation of care strategies

Requirements:

• A Level 7 (Ordinary Bachelor Degree) or Level 8 (Honours Bachelor Degree) qualification in Social Care or a related field

• CORU registration or eligibility to register with CORU as a Social Care Worker

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
