Site Lead

I am recruiting for a Site Lead/ Supervisor for my client in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams of 6-8 skilled pipe welders and fitters, overseeing the day-to-day site operations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

This is a fantastic opportunity with a generous salary on offer depending on experience.

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar supervisory role.
• The role requires a "Hands On" approach and a positive "Can Do" attitude, complemented by strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret & work with engineering documentation (P&ID Drawings essential)
• Applicants must be time-served fitters/welders.
