Sales Representative

SALES REPRESENTATIVE | CORK/KERRY | PERMANENT

Our client is looking for a new Sales Rep to join their team. This would be a full time role and a great opportunity to work with an amazing company. Competitive starting salary with a bonus structure. €40- 45K basic with a bonus structure upon hitting targets.

BENEFITS:

• 25% Bonus structure on top of that if quarterly KPI sales targets are met, bonus is not capped so if you achieve 5% of the 25% you will take home what you earn of that. OTE 50-60k

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Increasing revenue and securing new customers.
• Meeting quarterly KPI targets.
• Follow up and engage with existing customers.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
• Generating new business
• Keep up to date product knowledge.
• Territory planning and Territory management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in sales with a focus on exceeding targets
• 1+ Years sales experience.
• Full clean driving licence.
