CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS MANAGER | PERMANENT | DUBLIN |
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client in a mixed-use construction project environment in Dublin.
THE ROLE |
The new team member will work in a busy and fast paced construction environment where there is an expansive portfolio of projects underway. You will be assigned to multiple live projects and work alongside various teams within the business in various locations throughout Dublin.
You will contribute to the performance of their portfolio of works. To excel in this role, you will have previous experience in planning, directing teams and coordination of all stages of construction projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES|
- Assist with tender submissions
- Attend Design Team Meetings and review the design in advance of programmes
- Responsible for all pre-construction management and planning approvals
- Organising and planning site setup, including site teams, schedules, contracts and programmes are arranged in line with company policies, compliance and procedures and timelines for the project plans
- Provide leadership to the on-site Construction team
- Produce and present Monthly Progress reports
- Liaise with stakeholders including high level subcontract management, chairing meetings when required
- Monitor quality assurance during the construction stage and post construction stage
- Produce and present Monthly Progress reports
REQUIREMENTS |
- 5+ years of construction experience at Contract Manager level
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related construction field.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts
- 3 years' experience in managing and coordinating teams on a large scale as well as a team of multiple disciplines
- Safe Pass
- COSHH Course
- Project Management Qualification desirable
- CIOB Accreditation desirable
- Full Driving Licence with the ability to travel to various site locations based on business requirements
ON OFFER|
- Attractive base salary €80k - €120k based on level of experience
- 23 days Annual Leave
