Branch Manager

BRANCH MANAGER | CORK | PERMANENT

Our client is looking for a driven, results-focused Branch Manager to lead operations and support growth in the Munster region. This role involves overseeing daily store activities while contributing to long-term strategy and business development. The salary would be €50k-€60k DOE.

RESPONSBILTIES|

• Lead daily operations and manage team performance, setting clear goals and ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities to expand market share.

• Allocate and adjust staff resources based on operational demands.

• Drive business development through proactive opportunity identification and strategic execution.

• Foster strong, long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers.

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards, policies, and procedures across all operations.

• Also there would be additional responsibilities from director

REQUIREMENTS|

• Strong team leadership experience

• Experience with KPI's

• Proven sales background (preferably in building materials)

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset

• Team and performance management

• IT proficient and data-literate

• Detail-oriented and well-organised

• Clear verbal and written communicator

• 2+ years management experience advantageous in building sector
