Heating & Plumbing Supervisor

HEATING & PLUMBING SUPERVISOR | CORK | PERMANENT

Our client is seeking a Heating and Plumbing Supervisor to support and supervise the sales team while delivering excellent customer service. This role involves responding promptly to customer needs and ensuring efficient service for both new and existing customers, maintaining high standards at all times. This is a full-time position with a salary of €35-€43k DOE.

RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Oversee and support the heating and plumbing sales team to ensure optimal performance.

• Manage the timely handling and follow-up of customer inquiries.

• Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and other pertinent information.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with suppliers concerning product sourcing and delivery schedules.

• Collaborate with External Sales Representatives to guarantee accurate and efficient processing of customer quotes and orders.

• Foster and nurture strong customer relationships with an emphasis on achieving long-term loyalty.

• Develop and sustain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS|

• Fundamental understanding of heating and plumbing products.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; experience with computerized accounting systems is a plus.

• Strong planning and organizational abilities.

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines consistently.

• Self-driven with the capability to work independently.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Heating & Plumbing Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

• Construction/ Building Trade Counter: 1 year (preferred)
