QHSE MANAGER | DUBLIN NORTH | PERMANENT
Our client based in Dublin are searching for an experienced QHSE Manager to join their team on a Permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team where a great salary, benefits and opportunities for career progression are on offer. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.

THE ROLE |
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all the quality, health, safety and environmental company standards, procedures and policies across all sites. Due to the location of operational teams and duties within the role, occasional travel is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES|
- Use knowledge and skills to promote a positive Health & Safety culture in the workplace with continuous improvement of systems and procedures in place
- Carry out site audits and risk assessments, ensuring that all teams comply with safety legislation and that policies and practices are adopted and adhered to
- Facilitate and track effective QHSE training to all team members to promote a strong EHS culture.
- Coordinate Safety Meetings across all teams within the business
- Provide support and guidance to the Divisions team members and Management in the area of QSHE
- Liaise with company clients and external stakeholders in areas associated with QHSE
REQUIREMENTS |
- 5+ years experience in QSHE in a logistics, distribution or production environment
- Relevant QHSE qualifications
- Membership of IOSH would be an advantage
- Knowledge of all aspects of QHSE Legislation, Standards and Best Practice
- Familiar with ISO Certifications
- Proven ability to carry out effective investigations, audits, inspections and compile reports and recommendations as appropriate.
- Full clean driver's license is required due to occasional travel to various sites based on business requirements
