Sales Coordinator

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of a leading financial services company. The Sales Coordinator will help coordinate the sales process for a range of clients by processing enquiries, providing sales administration and maintaining good communication with clients and the internal marketing department.

FOUR DAY WEEK AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A PROBATIONARY PERIOD

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all new enquiries from marketing campaigns are accurately entered into the CRM system.
  • Maintain and update CRM records.
  • Follow and uphold the pre-screening enquiry process.
  • Monitor the CRM for new enquiries and assign them to appropriate sales representatives.
  • Follow up on new enquiries to ensure timely responses from the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are nurtured and progressed through the sales funnel.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead status and follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with the Head of Communications to understand lead generation campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales tools.
  • Monitor sales trends and provide insights to the Senior Financial Consultant.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and suggest solutions.
  • Support the Senior Financial Consultant including scheduling meetings and tracking performance.
  • Assist in training new sales team members on CRM usage and sales processes.
  • Report sales team KPIs to the Senior Financial Consultant and Head of Communications.
  • Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.

The Rewards

The successful Sales Coordinator will enjoy a competitive salary circa £32,500 depending on experience plus Bonus (OTE £45K), Healthcare, team trips away and Career Progression.

Location

The Sales Coordinator role will be based in Belfast.
