Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Ballymena, NI
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits OTE - £43,000 to £45,000

About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in matching high-quality candidates with leading companies. You will understand client needs and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Generate new business, meet sales targets, and manage client relationships through regular visits and insightful feedback.
- Client Management: Understand and anticipate client needs, manage vacancies efficiently, and provide strategic benchmarking.
- Candidate Management: Source, pre-screen, and prepare candidates for interviews. Offer career advice and negotiate employment terms effectively.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and quality standards, and utilize CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of recruitment consultancy or 2 years in a target-driven sales environment.
- Education: Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C including English and Maths.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and influencing skills, strong commercial awareness, and a systematic approach to achieving results.
- License: Full clean driving license, as travel is required.
Desirable:
- Additional recruitment or sales experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment databases.
- Professional accreditation (REC, NRF, or ERF).
