Recruitment Consultant (Galway) - Drive Your Career Forward!

Location: Galway
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week with reasonable flexibility)
Salary: €30,000 - €33,000 + OTE €45,000

Your Role: As a vital member of our recruitment team, you'll engage in:

  • Sales Activity & Business Development: Generate new business, meet targets, conduct client visits, and follow up on leads. You'll be instrumental in negotiating fees, issuing terms of business, and sourcing candidates.
  • Client Management: Understand client needs, manage vacancies, and provide outstanding service, including on-call support as needed. Your role will involve networking, benchmarking for clients, and generating insightful management information.
  • Candidate Management: Source and manage candidate relationships, prepare them for interviews, and negotiate job offers. Your expertise will guide candidates through their career progression, ensuring a match that benefits both them and our clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in all communications and processes, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and our quality management system.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 1+ year(s) of recruitment consultancy or 2+ years in direct sales in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with MS Office is essential.
  • Education: Minimum Junior Certificate in English and Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a systematic approach to achieving results.
  • Qualities: You're a team player with a strategic focus, ready to collaborate and deliver at the highest levels.
  • Requirements: A full clean driving license or access to transport, as travel is required.
