Location: Dublin (with travel across multiple sites)
Salary: €85,000 - €110,000+ (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours, with occasional travel and on-call duties

Staffline Recruitment is seeking a senior healthcare professional to take on the role of Regional Healthcare Operations Director for a leading care provider headquartered in Dublin. This strategic leadership position oversees multiple residential care sites and is ideal for an experienced clinical leader with a strong operational background and a deep understanding of HIQA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across a group of care facilities
• Oversee service quality, regulatory compliance, staffing, and financial performance
• Support Directors of Nursing and Person in Charge roles at each location, ensuring high standards of resident care
• Act as a key liaison with internal leadership, HIQA, and other relevant stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement, governance, and accountability across all sites
• Deliver regular reporting, risk assessments, and site reviews to executive management
• Be available for occasional out-of-hours escalation as required

Essential Criteria:

• Active NMBI registration
• 8-10+ years' experience in the healthcare sector, including multi-site operational leadership
• Proven track record managing regulatory inspections and ensuring HIQA compliance
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic care environment
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to implement change effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a solution-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel across sites in Ireland and provide on-call support as needed
