Part-Time Sales and Marketing Administrator - Dublin 12

At Staffline Recruitment we have a fantastic part-time position available for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join an established interiors retailer located in Dublin 12.

With this part-time position the successful candidate can choose to work 5 mornings or 3 days a week and a rate of pay in the region of €15 per hour will be payable.

The purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support to a busy sales team.

The duties will be diverse and interesting and will include the following:

  • Updating product pricing on company website ensuring prices are current and up to date
  • Removing discontinued products and adding new products to website
  • Maintaining Excel pricing and inventory matrix
  • Ensuring floor display pricing is correct and up to date
  • Amending pricing during sales periods
  • Assisting with managing social media updates
  • Other general administrative duties as required

Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years working in a similar role
  • Strong administrative skills particularly in Excel
  • A high attention to detail
  • Digital marketing experience is highly desirable
  • Website administration experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • A creative thinker and a quick learner keen to learn new things
