About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Night Nurse to join our client's care home. In this vital role, you will work as part of a team to provide care for the social, emotional, and physical needs of residents, in line with the Patient Charter of Rights and the Nursing Home Minimum Standards.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Ensure the health and well-being of residents by creating a safe and supportive environment to enhance their quality of life.
• Develop tailored care plans.
• Use professional judgement to make clinical decisions.
• Administer medicines and maintain accurate resident records.
• Provide professional support to care staff.

Essential Criteria:

• RGN/RMN Qualification.
• NMC Registered.
• Current PREPP, Primary Nursing, Care Planning, and knowledge of The Patients Charter.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional standard of resident care.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
• High standard of personal presentation and diligence.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Desirable Criteria:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role, particularly nursing of the elderly in a nursing home environment.
• Management skills for leading a care team.
