Job description

Data Coordinator required for Portadown

This is a full time office based role

Hours of work: Mon - Thur 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-4pm

Rate of Pay: £12.50ph

Duties

  • Data entry using Kerridge system
  • Updating codes and pricing
  • Collating data for entry, checking information and resolving queries prior to entry
  • Working with internal stakeholders to complete data entry on time and to specifications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Any other ad hoc duties required within the role
  • Using Pivot Tables to summarise and analyse data, identify trends and anomalies and create reports
  • Using VLOOKUP function to merge/cross reference data, report generation, automate and improve efficiency .

Criteria

  • Most be proficient in Excel (demonstrable experience of Pivot tables and VLookups)
  • Experience of Kerridge system highly advantageous .
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, will be working deadlines occasionally
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail
  • A pleasant and professional attitude to customers and colleagues
