Job description

Customer Services Administrator, Lurgan

Hour of work: 20 - 25hours weekly

9am - 1pm / 10am-2pm Mon - Thurs

Rate of Pay: £12ph

Duties

  • Assisting with general office administration duties
  • Processing orders from receipt through to delivery to the customer
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Producing weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Producing and forwarding customer invoices
  • Managing stock levels for key accounts ensuring product is available when required
  • Monitoring quality standards and producing monthly reports
  • Monthly stock reporting for all Raw, WIP and Finished Goods
  • Managing customer enquiries from new product through to order and delivery stage
  • Raising Purchase Orders on SAP and internal systems

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE English and Mathematics Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent IT Skills including MS Office with a knowledge of SAP desirable
  • Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team, working to tight deadlines
  • Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload
