Mobile Admin Relief
Location: Various locations within a 30-mile radius of the Banbridge area
Type of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Pay rate: £13.49 PH - £13.77 PH.
Our client, a globally recognised security company, is currently seeking Mobile Admin Relief candidates to work with their large public sector client. In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated and diverse team, delivering high standards of service within a fast-paced, public-facing office environment.
This unique position combines the responsibilities of both a Customer Service Advisor and an Evidence Processing Administrator, offering a dynamic and varied workload. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with a wide variety of enquiries from the public and support customer needs.
- Record, log, and store information related to confidential items.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal contacts to facilitate the movement of confidential items.
- Ensure all records are kept up to date and accurate at all times.
- Provide support and guidance on the handling, storing, and transportation of confidential items.
- Commute to various locations within a 30-mile radius and work weekends and/or night shifts as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent administrative and IT skills
- High attention to detail with experience in record-keeping and report writing
- Ability to handle challenging situations and complex individuals
- Flexible and willing to commute, work weekends, and/or night shifts
- Holds a Full Clean UK Driving License (manual vehicles included)
- Must pass a criminal record check
Pay Scale:
Please note this role is on a sliding pay scale depending on the role you are completing: £13.49 PH - £13.77 PH.
Hours of Work:
Shifts typically fall between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with occasional night shifts. Specific shift times are as follows:
- Evidence Processing Administrator: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Customer Service Advisor: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Candidates must be flexible and willing to work either shift, as determined by the client. The client will provide the successful candidate with the shift rota in advance.
