Your Role:

As Clinic Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the renal clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient resource management, and compliance with HIQA regulations. You will be responsible for:
🔹 Leading and managing a team of nurses and support staff.
🔹 Overseeing patient care standards and clinical operations.
🔹 Managing clinic finances, staffing, and service planning.
🔹 Driving quality improvement and maintaining compliance with healthcare policies.
🔹 Supporting staff training, education, and professional development.

What You'll Need:

✔ Registered Nurse with the INMB.
✔ 5+ years post-registration experience, including 3+ years in renal care.
✔ Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Renal Nursing (or willingness to undertake).
✔ Management qualification (preferred).
✔ Experience leading and developing a healthcare team.
✔ Strong financial awareness in a healthcare setting.
